I paid for 2 single cheese burgers w/extra cheeses & 2 cokes. Restaurant workers atated they never got the online order. Asked to speak to thr manager but was told i could not. Asked for a contactt numebr they were conversing with on phone, but was denied that too... No diner for family that night, No refund of $10.72 x 2.

Poor customer service.

5 28 23 promo Buy 1 get 1 classic burger free with online purchases. After purchase the receipt showed 1 burger $9.25.i contact the establishment in Olive Branch Ms.for a solution and was told i must contact corporate. Several phone calls and Emails have been made and no contact.Reinburse my credit card $9.25 or your solution. A couple of days i will be contacting my credit card company to void payment made.

I already explained what happened and submitted a pic. I waited in line for 15 minutes to get this order along with a burger and when I opened my fries this is what I saw. I recently went back to this location this previous Saturday and when I showed management he told me it wasnt burnt its just bacon.

I have supported Wayback for many years. Today I spent $35 for 2. The burgers were tasteless and just absolutely awful. I ordered Ofries and received 4 onion rings and a very small amount of fries. The milkshakes were great. For the cost of the meal it was disgraceful I will have to think about ever going again. Has something changed with your quality?

Rude customer service

We went to waybuck burger F220 ticket # 503061 Multiple issues with our order: 1. Food came out with all the burgers cold, even though they were made fresh, so they had to remake it with warm buns, and when we got our food, the blt chicken sandwich, 2 big easy came with no bacon 2nd time food was returned. Then ordered chicken sandwich added swiss cheese but came with no swiss cheese that order was returned. When told about the missing items at first was told they do not come with bacon when on the menue clearly stated bacon and showed the person helping us. 2. The chilli cheese fries had no meat so we asked them regarding this and they said it doesnt come with meat because its vegeterian but no where on the menu it states its vegeterian and when we ordered before it had meat. So we were confused. We wanted to refund the fries but was told by the cashier because a bite was taken they can not return the fries. Whole order of fries with missing 3 fries. Which makes no sense because how can u look at food and make the determination something is missing and it taste bad. 3.The person angeligue who took our order very nice and helpful, apoligized for the mistake we understood. Then this other women IQRA came to our table with hands on hip, " goes what is wrong with the chillie fries, we told her she explained and rolled her eyes and walked away, with full attitude, no idea where the attitude came from when we didnt even complain once they messed up our order 4 times. When i confronted her about her rudeness she had full attitude and said no i didnt have an attitude when 7 ppl saw her attitude and her colleague even aplogized for her rude behavior. Iqra had horrible customer service and did not even care she was rude. We were given the number of the owner to talk about our rude experience but no call back or answer was made. Even the employees who were calling owner did not pick up and said we do not do refunds or even tried to compensate for the all the wrong food. We did not spend $120 dollars to get horrible service on fathers day who came out with the family to enjoy a meal. Never will be going back to the establishment for their rude customer service and refund policy for bad food, cold burgers and missing items on a sandwich.

Do you really think you are right about the MENU when you cannot even spell menu? Sounds to me like you are mistaking not getting what you want as rude.

Cannot say what happened, only that after complaining I received a phone call from a corporate enforcer threatening me with legal action for my complaint, so if you want to be treated courteously and respectfully and after poor treatment you want to complain, this is not the place to go, me I will not be a customer of any place that uses organized crime tactics, but it makes me wonder why a large business would treat one customers complaint with such a response, something smell rotten in denmark?

This is by far the best burger place in our area the burgers are fresh and hot when they here, the shakes are also really good love the Oreo mud-pie I've been there in person the staff is always really friendly the burgers are not to big not to small the are the perfect size the restaurant is always clean really wish the add the turkey burger back that was my favorite. It can get a little bit pricey, but it is worth it given how fresh and good everything tastes. this restaurant is good quality and I will continue to come and eat here over everything else. Like Like
